What do your prices include? +
All unit prices include setup costs, artwork, credit-card fees (Visa/MasterCard/Amex) and freight to capital cities / major centres (remote exemptions may apply). Prices displayed on each product page exclude GST.
Will I receive an artwork proof? +
Yes. All orders are processed using the Grenada Promotional Products ordering system, and artwork proofs are supplied before production begins.
Are more promotional stress shapes available? +
Yes — there are thousands more. If you can’t find what you need, contact us and we’ll help you source the right item.
How can I place an order? +

Why do your prices exclude GST? +
Most of our customers are businesses who prefer ex-GST pricing. A detailed order confirmation including GST is always supplied before the order goes ahead.
How does the 6-week service work? +
The stress shape is printed overseas and shipped by sea, which is why the 6-week service cannot be shortened. Faster options are available. Note: delays may occur during customs checks or peak periods such as Chinese New Year.
What should I know about stress-shape production? +
No two stress shapes are identical; colours and shapes vary slightly. Ink density cannot be guaranteed due to release agents. Avoid halftones, shaded artwork, large solid prints or complex shapes as printing may break up. Rounded items may distort prints. Some colours can age (e.g. white may yellow). These products are for stress relief, not toys, and not suitable for young children or pets. If you require exact consistency, request samples or a production proof.
